Purpose of Bravofolio.com

Bravofolio.com is the community hub for discussions around the ePortfolio application Bravofolio. It is not a site where you can have your portfolio hosted for free. If you are looking for a space where you can have your portfolio hosted, please refer to another ePortfolio provider who offers (free) hosting (no listing provided).

If you are a student who has been asked to create a Bravofolio portfolio, please check with your instructor for certainty. There are no refunds after payment. Schools, colleges, and universities have their own Bravofolio site. Your fellow students, your instructor, or your institution's IT department can help you find the correct URL.

Users who register with Bravofolio.comor and use a BRAVO code will receive a maximum of 5 MB of disk space to store files, e.g., screenshots to share with others to discuss features.

Our obligations

You are encouraged to report objectionable material or inappropriate behavior to the Site Administrator immediately. We will ensure the matter is investigated in a timely manner.

Site Administrators may access your account and its contents at anytime, however they will avoid doing so unless specifically required to support your use of Bravofolio.com or as per these Terms and Conditions.

Your obligations

The Privacy Statement should be considered an extension of these Terms and Conditions and be read by all users.

All files and content you upload to Bravofolio.com are subject to the United States Copyright legislation. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permission to reproduce and publish any work that is not your own.

You must not use your account on Bravofolio.com to store or display offensive material. If the Site Administrator receives a report of any objectionable material within your account, your account will be suspended, and your access to Bravofolio.com will be frozen.

If the Site Administrator receives a report of any inappropriate behavior on your part where it relates to Bravofolio.com, your account will be suspended, and your access to Bravofolio.com will be frozen.

Inappropriate behavior includes misuse of the objectionable material reporting system, intentionally attempting to upload files with virus content, placing objectionable or excessive feedback or comments on any other user's pages and /or files, and any other behavior deemed to be nuisance or offensive by the Site Administrator.

Any unsolicited contact you receive as a result of personal information you have publicly released via your portfolio is your responsibility. However, any misconduct in behavior from users of the system should be reported to the Site Administrator immediately. We may occasionally make minor adjustments to our Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to the system and in response to user feedback. As such, we suggest you check the Terms and Conditions each time you visit this site. We will, however, notify users of any major changes to the Terms and Conditions via the Bravofolio.com homepage.

Account Expiration

User accounts expire after 1 year of inactivity on Bravofolio.com. You cannot log in anymore, and your data may be deleted. To prevent the account expiration, you can log in again to keep your account active.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   - We accept returns within 14- days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, there may be a processing fee of $10.00 or no refund at all, depending on the cancellation date.

2. Qualifying Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a full return, the digital platform must not be logged into, which means it is considered unused.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

Go to your original method of payment through PayPal and request a return. Also, contact the Bravofolio Customer Support team at support@bravofolio.com within the specified return period.

4. Required Information:

 When contacting Customer Support, please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

5. Refund Process:

Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.

6. Cancellations:

For subscription-based services, cancellations are effective immediately, and access to the digital platform will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
